i believe in a god, but not because i’m afraid of what will happen to me when I die or because it scares me that there is no higher power.
i believe in a god because it honestly makes the most sense to me and i don’t really see how anything else could be true.
maybe this post makes you think i’m stupid, maybe it makes you look down on me or feel sorry for me, but if that’s the case, it’s you that i feel sorry for, that you aren’t comfortable enough in your own beliefs to not automatically form prejudices about me based on something that is literally purely personal and has nothing to do with you.
